Who we are
STR Group began in Split in 2003 as a structural engineering practice — the people other firms called when a design had to stand up on difficult coastal ground. Clients kept asking us to build what we had drawn, so we did.
Two decades on, we design, build and develop villas, hotels and heritage restorations across the Dalmatian coast — still starting every project the same way: with the structure.

What we do
From the first feasibility study to the final stone, every STR division shares one engineering team — so a single coastal project can pass through all four without ever leaving our hands.
How we work
Before anything is priced, our engineers resolve the foundations, the seismic frame and the buildability on the ground we are actually given. Risk is solved on paper, not on site.
We hold the trades together ourselves — sequencing deliveries through narrow old-town streets and supervising the work daily, so the building matches the drawing to the millimetre.
A walkthrough you can trust, documentation you can keep, and a structure built to outlive the people who signed it off. We stand behind every project after handover.
