STR Group reached the highest structural point of its 48-unit residential building above Split's Žnjan district. The reinforced-concrete frame was completed two weeks ahead of schedule, with façade and interior fit-out now underway toward a Q1 2027 handover.
After 22 months of conservation work, STR Group delivered the restored 16th-century stone palace in Šibenik's old town. The project combined traditional Dalmatian masonry techniques with discreet structural reinforcement, carried out under the supervision of the Conservation Department in Šibenik.

STR Group has launched a dedicated cross-laminated timber (CLT) programme to reduce the embodied carbon of mid-rise residential projects across the Adriatic. The first pilot, a four-storey hybrid timber-concrete structure, enters detailed design this summer.
A new design-build partnership with AQSO Architects will deliver an integrated coastal village masterplan, pairing the studio's planning expertise with STR Group's regional construction management. The collaboration begins with a feasibility study for a phased residential community.
STR Group has appointed Ivana Marić as Head of Structural Engineering. With over 18 years designing seismic-resilient structures along the Dalmatian coast, she will lead our in-house engineering team and strengthen our capabilities on complex heritage and high-rise projects.
